摘要

目的 综述猪苓分子生物学研究进展。方法 以近些年来研究猪苓的文献为基础,对猪苓分子生物学的研究内容进行归纳和总结。结果 将猪苓分子生物学的研究进行归类,其主要研究内容包括3个方面:现代分子标记技术在猪苓分子鉴定中的应用;现代分子标记技术在猪苓遗传多样性以及种群结构研究中的应用;猪苓功能基因克隆及其发育过成中差异表达基因的研究。结论 猪苓的分子生物学研究仍处于起步阶段,需要进行更加深入的探索,促进其研究发展。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To review the progress in the field of molecular biology research of Polyporus umbellatus. METHODS Base on the literatures in recent years, relevant researches were reviewed. RESULTS The molecular biology research of Polyporus umbellatus were summarized and classified into three fields: application of molecular marker technique in the identification of Polyporus umbellatus, application of molecular marker technique in the reseaches of genetic diversity and population structure of Polyporus umbellatus,and researches of functional gene clone and differential expression genes in development of Polyporus umbellatus. CONCLUSION The molecular biology research of Polyporus umbellatus is still at the beginning stage and need to be explored further to get great achievements.
